Automatically upload Zoom recordings to Google Drive with Zapier.
Go to automatically download zoom recordings recordings tab on the left. Zoom owns and updates that integration so it may be worth it to reach out to them and let them know you'd like to have that feature added : They do have access to the feature requests in our system but it always helps if they hear directly from their users as well.

As a possible workaround you could change the default folder where recordings are saved, to use something like Google Drive or Dropbox: Or, to get a bit more control, you could choose a location every time, after the meeting ends. View solution in original post. We have it working using the web hooks. We use web hooks to send us notifications on 1 ring; 2 answer; 3 recording complete and 4 transcription complete.
Lots of good data that gets poked into our SQL database. On the recording complete post, it includes an URL for the recording file, so we do a second call and insert the recording into our database too. Yes, most features that are not available in the Zoom web portal can be solved with our publicly available APIs and web hooks.
Zoom Community. If you are the host of the meeting, then recording the Zoom meeting is pretty simple, and you do not need any third-party tool. Step 1: Open the Zoom Client app on your computer. Click on New Meeting to start the meeting. Step 2: When you are ready to start the recording, you just need to click on the Record button. You will find the button at the bottom. Both apps are premium and popular apps. I have a paid plan with Zapier and this is one of the biggest features within the integration that I need. Please add me to this feature request ASAP.
